How to plan a bulk shirt order for your barkada, org or event

· 6 min read

Group shirts are where most delays happen: someone's size is missing, the design changes twice, or the order goes in two days before the event. Here's a simple plan that avoids all three.

1. Set the date and work backwards

Most orders are delivered in 1–3 days, and Metro Manila can be same-day. Still, give yourself at least a week before the event: a few days to collect sizes and approve the design, then time for printing and delivery. Rush printing is available when the date is close.

2. Lock the design first

Make the design in the studio, then use “Share my design” to send everyone the same link. Agree on one version before collecting money. Changing the design after sizes are in is the most common cause of delay.

3. Collect sizes with a chart, not guesses

Ask everyone to measure a shirt they like across the chest (armpit to armpit) and compare it with the chart. Here are the measurements for our Basic Round Neck tee:

Basic Round Neck tee, in inches (chest is measured flat, armpit to armpit)

S1925
M2026
L2127
XL2228
2XL2329

Every shirt has its own size guide on its product page. Drifit and premium tees go up to 4XL and 5XL.

4. Use a simple sign-up sheet

A shared spreadsheet or a pinned group chat message is enough. Close it on a fixed date.

5. Order all sizes together

Put every size in one order so the whole batch is printed together and matches. Bulk discounts apply automatically from 50 pieces and increase from 100 pieces. For larger orders or packages, message us for a quote.

Payment is half upfront and the rest on delivery. COD isn't available.
