Shawn's Custom is a custom-shirt platform for buyers and a print-on-demand selling partner for creators. Sell directly to your customers or upload designs to our marketplace and share your product link. We provide the shirts, printing and shipping arrangements.
Set your own selling price and collect payment directly from your customers. Order shirts from Shawn's Custom at our listed prices, with applicable bulk discounts. We collect payment from you manually before production starts. Your margin is your selling price less our charges and any costs you cover.
We provide the shirts and printing and arrange delivery through Lalamove for NCR or J&T outside NCR. Confirm the delivery address, coverage and courier charge with us before promising a delivery date. As the reseller, you manage customer payments and coordinate order questions with us.
Artists, designers and content creators sign up for an account, upload their original designs and share their marketplace product links with customers or fans. Customers order and pay through the website's QR payment process. Shawn's Custom provides the shirts, printing, platform, shipping arrangements and customer support.
The current marketplace commission is 5% of the item amount after discounts, excluding delivery charges. A ₱200 item discounted to ₱180 earns ₱9 commission. This rate may be adjusted for future sales; confirm the applicable rate before selling.
Refunded sales earn no commission. Partial refunds reduce commission in proportion to the refunded item amount. If commission has already been paid, the adjustment is deducted from future earnings.
Creators can request payout of earned, unpaid commission at any time. GCash is available for manual payouts. A request is reviewed against completed sales, discounts, refunds and previous payouts before payment; requesting payout does not mean an instant transfer.
There is no fixed payout schedule or programme minimum currently specified. Contact Shawn's Custom to confirm your available earnings, supported payout details and processing time. The website does not yet provide an automated commission balance.
You retain ownership of your artwork. Upload only work you own or have permission to sell on merchandise. You give Shawn's Custom permission to display and promote your listed products and reproduce the artwork to fulfil orders. We may remove listings that infringe others' rights.
You can request removal of your design at any time. Once removed from sale, it cannot receive new orders. Existing orders will still be printed and shipped, and the order artwork may be retained to fulfil them. Removing a listing does not cancel earned, unpaid commission or any applicable refund adjustment.
